Other users can retweet, or repeat, what someone writes or reply to them. There are a number of ways to meet new people on Twitter, including recommendations, searches and directories.
New accounts may not show up in search results immediately and may take a few days before they appear. If your friend has not properly filled in her profile information, you may be unable to search for her by name. Users who are inactive appear further down the search results list, making some users hard to find.
To get immediate access to Twitter without an account, just go directly to Twitters search page (see Resources for link). If you type a name or a word about what youre looking for in the search field, you will begin seeing tweets right away.
Unfortunately, you cannot see who viewed your profile on Twitter. Even if you enable the Twitter Analytics feature, you cant see the profile name of people who have seen your profile as they are completely anonymous. Twitter has decided to keep this information confidential.
