Physical attractiveness does influence a womans choice of a romantic partner, according to a new study which shows even if a man has a great personality, looks matter more than ladies admit.

Even if a guy has a great personality, a woman looking for a date still hopes hes at least a little cute, a new study suggests. Results showed that a mans looks influenced both groups of women more strongly than his personality profile.

Do guys care more about looks or personality?

A new study out of the U.K. found men in their 20s care about looks four times more than women do. And women in their 20s care three times more about someones personality. Mens priorities do change as they get older, but even in their 60s, they care about physical attractiveness twice as much as women do.
