Where is my account on OurTime?

What is the status of my account?Click on your Settings located at the top right section of your screen.Click My Account from the drop down menu.Locate Account Status and then click the View Account Status link.The current status of the account appears along with the Transaction History (Payment History).

Can I pause my OurTime account?

While we dont have an option for you to suspend your membership, you can always hide your profile if you want to take a break. Click your Settings in the upper-right corner of the screen. Under Account Status, click View Account Status. Click More Account Status Changes.
